Not impossible: My first question would be "which teeth?" when the upper teeth hurt, it may be a symptom of sinus infection. If a tooth hurts to push on it, you may have an abscess. But jaw pain can be a sign of heart disease. Your age and your recent cardiac workup give some reassurance here, of course. But do go back to your provider - especially if you are having pain specifically with exertion. Good luck.

Yes but: Sometimes teeth pain is teeth pain . Sinus pain may cause teeth pain too.
