See a gyn: It's hard to say what that is without an exam. Sometimes you can have a clogged gland that could cause a similar problem. You should see a gynecologist if your symptom is that severe.

Imperforate hymen: The hymeneal membrane is likely not perforated and has trapped blood; that is my guess; i would make an appt to see a gyn.
