See a doctor: Bloody stool can be serious and needs evaluation. Bleeding from any orifice is potentially serious. At age 18, my guess is that your diet is low in fiber and you have constipation (gas and abdominal pain) and hemorrhoids (bloody stools). A plant-based diet (whole, unprocessed plants, like vegetables, fruit and grain and nuts) is key. But have this evaluated.
