Probably not: A lump under your jaw can be a sign of teeth abscess or infection. Do not delay in getting this diagnosed and then treated. An abscess under your bottom teeth can spread and at that point it can require surgery. This is probably completely avoidable, so take action now.

Jaw: First you should be seen by an oral surgeon to rule out osteomyelitis which is infection of jaw. Second, the tooth should come out and take antibiotics.
