See below: Tennis elbow/lateral epicondylitis typically the result of repetitive overuse of the extensor muscles of the wrist and/or supinator muscles (turns palm face up) of the forearm resulting in inflammation to attachment point at lateral aspect of the elbow. Ice/ non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (topical /by mouth), tennis splint to control motion, stretching exercises (check web) and rest. Persists- md.
