With manipulation: Cuboid syndrome is generally treated by manipulative therapy/reduction such as the cuboid whip. Other treatment options may include taping, orthotics, and stretching. The prognosis in people who have suffered a cuboid syndrome is usually pretty good and most people do not experience any pain and do return to their activity. Cuboid syndrome: It is very dependant on the position of the bone. If it was caused by an injury , or athletics etc this can mitigate things , too. Generally it does not by itself- but that is a generalization. Seek the advise of a podiatrist who will take x rays and guide you . Good luck.
