After shingles clear suddenly appear again the rash and near the eyes is it a 2nd round?

Not likely: If exact same locatiion may be herpes simplex, not zoster as reash usually does not re-appear that quickly. Would go to a dermatologist for a viral culture to determine which virus it is and if is the same thing or somehting different.
