County hospital : Check with your county hospital or clinics that are run by/affiliated to medical school. They would be able to provide you with medical srvice and preventative procedures.

Mammograms: Each state usually has some type of government/state support program for free screening. I would check with the american cancer society arkansas chapter, susan komen foundation, local mammography facility who may know of such programs. In october, many facilities offer mammograms at a discounted rate.
