How can i manage hepatitis b virus (hbv) during pregnancy?

Immunoglobulin: You should have your liver tests monitored during pregnancy. Your baby will be given an hepatitis b immunoglobulin shot as well as the Hepatitis B Vaccine to minimize the chances of the baby getting it at birth. Whether you breastfeed your baby will depend on what you decide after talking to your pediatrician.

Not much: You can do about it. Just monitor yourself. Not likely to reactivate and cause problems.
