No not with nitrates: All erectile dysfunction medications can not be taken with nitrates. All work to dilate blood vessels as their mechanism of action and are contraindicated with nitrates, which also dilate blood vessels. It could cause an unsafe drop in blood pressure.

Alprostadil: Men w/erectile dysfunction often use some form of Alprostadil if they don't respond to oral pde-5 inhibitors like cialis, levitra, (vardenafil) staxyn, stendra & viagra, or can't take these drugs b/c they're also taking nitrates (combination can unsafely drop blood pressure excessively). Alprostadil can be placed intraurethral or injected intracavernosal. Ask your family doc for options.
