Maybe/not: Re-connecting the tubes may be possible but may not result of fertility to prior level. You may want to consult with your OB and or a fertility center about bypassing the tube issue with IVF. This can be pricey but may meet your needs sooner. A thourough review of your options with your docs would be my first step.
