Yes: Nondisplaced or lower energy injuries may not result in unconsciousness. Almost always some concussion symptoms result. Frequently frontal sinus fractures result in intracranial injuries also. This is a severe injury usually and always should be evaluated with exam and secondary diagnostic studies.
