My 16 month old baby fell from a high chair and hurt her eye . she has a large blood clot on the white off her eye should i be concerned?

Yes: If the trauma was bad enough to cause a hemorrhage within the white of her eye, she should have a through dilated eye exam by an ophthalmologist to see if there is any internal damage. She also may have a fracture. A fall from a high chair can also cause head injuries that should be assed by a neurologist. I would take her to the er.
