What all does the dr do when you go get a physical?

Physical: Annual physical usually includes a complete history, including family, and social and review of medications, if any, are being used. Followed by a thorough examination from head to toe, and ordering screening labs -blood count, chemistries, thyroid function tests, urinalysis. If smoker, usually do a spirometery to check uout lung function.
