You and he should be: He should be evaluated by a urologist and his medications may need to be changed. There are many reasons why his motility may be lower. The good news is you've conceived before and his counts are normal. With help - or with persistence- you should be able to conceive again. Obviously you will need a thorough evaluation as well.
