Frostbite: Is frostbite. The question is do you have it or not? Did your fingers blister? Change color? Or is it you simply held the ice pack and felt cold?

It depend: How long you held the ice back, most of the time it is superficial and heal in a week, but if it was held for long time could be deep and serious.
