Breastfeeding: Hmm. I do not see any negative side-effects of restarting to breastfeed but I am curious why. However, it will work better if you have a new baby you can nurse. Start by breastfeeding every 1-2 hours for about 14 to 48 hours.. Drink 8-12 glasses of fluids a day and consult your OB or a lactation specialist. You can also use a mechanical breast pump.
