Std: If you are concerned about std, best to get evaluated. Ok to check in with your doc, or at a local clinic to get tested. Typically flank and abdominal pain are not classic symptoms of std.

Can be: I am assuming that you mean back pain by kidney pain .Sexually transmitted disease can present as abdominal and back pain and this should not be ignored please consult with your doctor at the earliest . http://patient.info/doctor/pelvic-inflammatory-disease-pro
