NEED MORE INFORMATIO: We need more information like how long you have had pain, is there any history of injury and do you have any other medical conditions it may be an inflammation in the tendon, fascitis or may be arthritis.You can try some anti inflammatory meds like ibuprophen or Aleve (naproxen) over the counter and if pain persists have it checked by your doctor.
