Time for consult: If you have been having unprotected sex with your partner for more than a year & not conceived, a workup at a fertility center may be the best way to find answers. Both you & your partner will need to be evaluated. Your regular OB can sometimes start the process but the center can study you both & provide information on assisted pregnancy if needed.

Not on the internet: I am sorry to report but you will not get any solution to this common problem on the internet. There are over a dozen chemical and physical processes involved in conception. Each of those processes have to be studied in you and your male partner. It is well past time for you to go to the local fertility specialist for a complete evaluation. Good luck.
