Possibly: If you have regular 28 day periods, you are most likely ovulating on day 14 (with your first day of bleeding being counted as day 1). But, the time of ovulation can be affectred by many factors and it is possible to conceive at almost any time of the cycle.

Very unlikely.: If you have regular periods, you release an egg 14 days before the start of your period. Having sex at that time has a very high chance of pregnancy. However, the further away you are from ovulation when you have sex, the less likely you are to get pregnant. If you are not using condoms, i suggest that you get tested for std's.
