Treat BOTH: The tests for chlamydia in men can be false negative, so if he is your only partner, i'd suggest you both be treated with appropriate antibiotics. Then if you get another infection one assumes you were not completely treated or perhaps have a resistent strain to the antibiotic or perhaps some of other issue, that a gyn doctor would need to look for.
