NO: This can come from inadequate fluid intake, anemia or other reasons why your blood pressure may be running low. Increase your fluid intake and maybe a little extra salt for now. See your physician for blood testing and physical exam to make sure you don't have anemia or other problems.

Yes: If by blackouts you mean losing consciousness or having your vision go dark, this is potentially very serious and should be evaluated by a doctor. It could be a form of seizure, a vascular event, a form of migraine or literally hundreds of other things. Stop typing on a computer keyboard, and make an appointment with a doctor - either your primary care provider or a neurologist or ophthamologist.

Hypotension: You have a condition known as orthostatic hypotension. Those fancy words mean that if you are in a sitting or lying position for along period of time and you get up suddenly the blood can't get to your head fast enough and you feel dizzy or black out for a few seconds. Nothing serious but when going from one position to another get up slowly giving you blood a chance to circulator.
