Growth from blood ve: Angio means from blood vessel and angioma is an abnormal growth from blood or lymphatic vessel, eith new or dilation of these vessels forming it. Often, this is a benign (not cancerous) condition and occurs more as we get older. However, there are instances when these occur because of some underlying condition succ as liver disease. Consult doc if you have concern. Good luck.
