Abnormal heart beats: Normal heart rhythm is known as sinus rhythm where the electrical impulse originates in the right upper heart chamber and has a normal variation depending upon the demands of the body. The electrical impulse is conducted through the heart from upper to lower chambers. Arrhythmias are due to abnormal electrical impulse formation or abnormal electrical impulse conduction.
