Eyelid Lift: An eyelid lift or blepharoplasy is an operation which lifts the upper eyelid, or removes bags from the lower eyelids. Cosmetic eyelid lifts involve removing excess skin and fat from the eyelid to improve the appearance. When the visual fields are blocked by excess skin or problems with the eyelid muscle, the procedure is reconstructive. Blepharoplasy may also involve tightening the muscles too.
