Certainly: Some light natural methods would be daily meditation to get yourself centered. Learning to prioritize issues will help to put things in perspective for you. Essential oils of lavender and citrus inhaled from the hand helps to calm and focus you. Medications are available for OCD and of course therapeutic counseling to teach coping skills and explore issues www.Medac4u.Com.

Perfectionism: is often associated w/procrastination and the struggle to do things exactly so they get put off and anxiety cycles. Self-help can include a book called "Feeling Good" by David Burns but seeing a clinical psychologist is primary. Peace and good health.
