What is the definition or description of: lower leg pain?

Usually calf pain: Many times "lower leg pain" refers to a diagnosis to rule out a blood clot in the deep vein in the calf, even though it can be a muscle cramp or tissue injury or venous insufficiency or arterial claudication, etc. So the patient needs to see a doctor to decide what is causing this pain.
