Everyone: Everyone should have a current booster. This is case of exposure to tetanus through skin breakage through rusty meta or some animal bites for example.

Tetanus shot: Almost everyone. You should have had a DPT shot as a child-the "T" is for tetanus. You require a booster every 10 years unless it is a really severe contaminated wound, then I would consider after 5 years. Hope this helps.
