My workplace is so cold! how can i make sure i don't get sick?

See below: There is a longstanding and almost universally believed myth that the common cold or sickness comes from getting cold. Even the death of president harrison was blamed on not wearing a hat (not true but sounds good in books). We spend more indoors in winter which provides more opportunities to spread illness. No matter how cold the AC in one's workplace, you will be fine.

Cold: A cool/ cold workplace should not cause viral or bacterial infections. If you are uncomfortable would do some light bundling or talk to your supervisor about turning up the heat.
