May be allergies: Allergies can cause congestion, post nasal drip, and throat itching....And look like a cold. You may want tontry Benadryl (diphenhydramine) for relief. I would also consider homeopathic apis mellifica for your symptom as well. Zyrtexc is another possibility. If it is continuing see your doctor for more options.
