Why do i have to get poor medical care simply because i recieve medicaid for insurance?

Unfortunate: There is no excuse for a physician or any medical professional to treat someone poorly based on their insurance. But the sad truth is, our state political system (which controls the funding for medicaid) devalues medicaid and threatens to cut services every year. Treatments aren't covered, wait times are increased, and both doctors and patients become very frustrated.
