Exercise etc: There are a lot of ways we can try to deal with our stress, but regular exercise seems one the best ways to go....A couple of other options : find a hobby, support a successful sports team, attend social functions ( church, etc ) set aside quality time with family and/or loved ones....

Eating healthy and recognizing that once in a while one has to say no to the many demands that at times are presented to us. Having someone to talk to and professional psychologist or social workers can really help a person have insight and help us see how to help our selves.

Stay active: Exercise is a great way to relieve stress. Your body releases endorphins during exercise, which can help you feel calm. If you exercise 30 - 60 minutes a day, your stress levels can improve. When stressed, take 5 slow, deep breaths with your eyes closed, then roll your shoulders forward 5 times, then back 5 times. This will slow your heart rate and release tension in your neck and shoulders.

Stress: "stress" can be a problem or an opportunity for growth, depending on our perceptions. So when something seems to be a roadblock in your life, you can ask yourself what new opportunity is opening to you. I've known many people who've felt their jobs were sources of stress, or who got fired/laid off. Out of necessity (and also by grace) they started their own businesses -- and got happier!
