Ergonomics: Feet flat on the floor; upper legs and forearms parallel to floor. Upper arms hanging loosely from shoulder at side (not extended). Back straight. Monitor elevated so that the head is looking straight without tilting up or down. Wrists unbent on the keyboard. Avoid slouching and sticking your nose closer to the screen. www.medac4u.com.
