Get her tested: Sounds like a viral illness or a couple back to back. Most bronchitis in children is viral. Very rarely is it ever bacterial. Question is whether it is actual influenza or surmised to be. I'm not surprised the Amoxicillin didn't work, antibiotics don't treat viruses, but the tamiflu (oseltamivir) won't work if it's not actual influenza. She's probably contagious with whatever virus she's got.

Bronchitis is usuall: Bronchitis is usually viral in nature. But a lot of doctors will prescribe an antibiotic like amoxicillin. It usually doesn't work and supportive care is the key to recovery but how do you tell a mom that her child has a virus and we don't have an antiviral med that will make her better. The best treatment is support. Treat the fever: tylenol, (acetaminophen) cough: delysum; congestion:mucinex.
