I got the flu and since monday night i have been taking tamiflu (oseltamivir). am i still contagious? am i ok to run errands as long as im cautious around others?

Take good precaution: It is hard to say if you are still contagious, maybe not. However it is never a bad idea to take good precautions such as washing hands, stop hand-shaking or hugging, cough in your arm. I don't think you need to quarantine yourself, it sounds like you are feeling pretty good to be running errands
