Possible nerve: May represent a radiculitis vs radiculopathy if it is associated with concurrent low back symptoms. I would see pain specialist or physiatrist to help differentiate the cause of pain. Once source of pain discovered, that physician can treat you appropriately or refer you to proper specialist. Go get formal evaluation.

Feels tight or is it: If just feels tight but isnt and there is burning, zoster is considered. Referred pain from the sacroiliac joint, hips, sciatica/radiculopathy can do this. Get seen for an evaluation.

Pain: What does "leg feels tight" mean? Where in ur spine? Too nonspecific...Try again.
