Skin infections: Diabetics are more prone to yeast infections in the groin, the armpit. They are also more prone to skin infections. To decrease yeast infections a dilute Acetic Acid or vinegar can acidity the skin. For recurrent bacterial infections along with antibiotics a dilute clorox bath can reduce bacteria.1 cup to whole tub of water.
