No: Gluten intolerance occurs when you eat wheat, barley or rye. If you avoid these foods then you will not have the symptoms of intolerance. You need to eliminate more than just bread in your diet if you truly have gluten intolerance. Read the labels to avoid wheat, barley and rye.
