A member asked:

This morning i began shaking and my fingernails where blue. i wasn't cold. feel better when setting?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Rhett Griggs answered

Variable: Blue means decreased blood supply. Do you have raynauds? Try warming them up and if they continue to be blue go to a doctor.
