Endometrial cancer: Stage i - hysterectomy and removal of nodes. Stage ii - same or rad hyst with nodes. Stage iii - same with chemo or chemo and radiation. Stage IV - debulking surgery followed by chemo. All of this should be done by a gyn oncologist.

Depends: Uterine cancer: stage i surgery plus or minus chemo, same with ii though may add radiation, iii- surgery and chemotherapy and radiaton, IV - chemotherapy, radiation is for symptoms control only; cervical cancer-stage i surgery, stage ii - surgery plus or minus chemotherapy/radiation, stage iii - same as ii, IV - chemo only. Pathology important in treatment decisions as well.Not an easy answer. Ask.
