Too early to know: It's too soon after you ovulated to take a pregnancy test or to have pregnancy symptoms. Symptoms often aren't very reliable until after you miss a period. Take a pregnancy test if you are late with your period or if your period is abnormal. Best wishes. See a fertility dr if you have been trying for a year without success at 23.
