Can constipation cause you to urinate often?

Yes.: Constipation is the most common cause of urinary retention in the elderly. Frequency can occur if an individual is unable to completely empty her bladder: incomplete emptying leads to more frequent voiding.

Yes it can: Distended rectum & sigmoid colon can pushvagina, and uterus forward against the bladder producing urge to urinate. Is also a common cause of urinary retention, which in itself can cause frequent urge to urinate.
