Vertigo during sleep: Experiencing "world spinning" as you fall asleep may be more than just vertigo. There are ear conditions such as bppv that are helped by decongestants and antihistamines in addition to postural cures. If it is due to a primary sleep disorder treating the underlying problem will help fix vertigo. Hope this helps.

Consider PT: This could be benigh positional vertigo. There are exercises or maneuvers to reposition the otoliths.
