I have a bit of a fuzzy spot in my eye near my iris ib botheyes. does not affect my vision. kind of greyish fuzzy looking. what are they?

Pinguecula: Your question does not provide enough details to be sure what you are asking. If the fuzzy spot is on the white of the eye on the nose side of what appears to be the iris, then the likelihood is that these are pinguecula. Pinguecula are a benign change in the conjunctiva most likely related to dryness and pollution.
