Depends on reason: Best to get seen to figure out why; there are different causes of nocturnal nausea. Post nasal drip from allergies can be nauseating, as can esophgeal reflux/gerd/heartburn. Steps for latter include avoiding the following: food for 4 hours before bedtime, caffeine, pm alcohol, spice, peppermint, tomatoes, fatty foods, and nicotine.Sleep with head of bed elevated 4-8 in on blocks. Try acid blocker.

Nausea: I agree with Dr. Puppala. A medical evaluation can help to determine the cause. Symptomatic relief might be found with acupressur or ginger.
