Doctor visit: Several different std's may cause problems in the mouth. To know for sure requires an exam and special testing for each std. Sometimes std's cause painful sores, ulcers or blisters in the mouth or around the lips. Some std's may be passed from people who have no sores in their mouth. Ask your local health provider for std testing & be sure to discuss all of your std risk factors with your provider.
