No, no and no: Avoid prolonged sun exposure and tanning beds if you are already receiving phototherapy.

Not recommended: Tanning, either in the sun or in a tanning booth, can significantly increase your risk for skin cancer. Taking good care of your skin, using appropriate sun screen (>15 spf) all the time, and avoiding excessive tanning are all important to decrease your risk.
