What does it mean to have a chest cold? does this mean that something is wrong with my lungs?

Virus in chest: The common cold tends to have "flavors." there are chest colds, nose colds, and nose colds, each in general caused by a slightly different class of cold virus. Chest colds tend to be caused by the "parainfluenza" viruses. It does not imply anything wrong with the lungs. People with a tendency toward asthma may get sicker with chest colds or get an asthma attack.

Chest congestion: A chest cold usually refers to congestion extending into the upper airways, causing coughing or some difficulty breathing due to some narrowing of the upper airways. Similar to bronchitis, but not yet requiring antibiotics, but may need anti-asthma medications to those with asthma-like problems.
