Nerve: Source of your symptoms could be at wrist, elbow, shoulder, neck, perhaps due to nerve compression, but maybe an evolving peripheral neuropathy. Get this checked out, as most of these problems are fully reversible.

Perhaps a nerve: You may have acquired carpal tunnel syndrome, which can be associated with keyboard and computer activity. This is due to inflammation of the median nerve at the inner wrist. See a hand specialist.
